Who can be played:
Anyone who has been a part of the Doctor Who/Torchwood/Universe. The catch is that no one can be brought back from the dead. They can be pulled from a different part in their canon. Ex: Owen Harper has been pulled from A Day In The Death. There can only be one version of each character. Ex: You can bring in Tosh pre - Torchwood but you cannot bring in Tosh pre - Torchwood and have Tosh post Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. There are only a few people that cannot be played: Rose Tyler (the end of journey's end), Clone!Ten, DoctorDonna. Please know your characters. This is an AU game but it is based in Canon.

Original Characters
Obviously, Original Characters are allowed. This is within reason. Right now, we're going to say no on OC Time Lords. There is so much that can go wrong with them and there are so many other oppurtunities character wise. We are going to pay much closer attention to the applications for Original Characters than we are canon. It's nothing personal, we just don't want riftscars to be overrun by mary sues. If you have a question about whether or not your character would be allowed or welcomed, please feel free to pm this journal.

Communities and Journals
I don't mind if you use your journals for multiple games but because I'd like to see actual journal entries, please filter them. I don't like being so confused and I know that's my personal opinion but I honestly think that it's better that way for all involved. All journal entries are obviously to be done in first person. The Communications Community is to be used for texts, phone calls, e-mails, snail mail. Anything that is not done through journal interaction or through threading. Any threading must be done in the main comm and be done in third person.

Drama
In this game, I will not tolerate an abundance of ooc drama. I've seen way too many good games spiral down because their players turn into a bunch of annoying snarky bitches. If you have a problem with a player please take it to that player. There is to be NO GOD MODDING. Your characters are your characters and they are the only ones that you can control.
